Golden Bloom Farms is looking to hire new team members for our trim department. As we continue to grow, we need reliable, consistent team members in our Trim Department who can trim our Premium Bud with beauty, accuracy, and speed. If you have good hand-eye coordination, strong attention to detail, can stay focused and self-driven over long periods of time, and are interested in a career in cannabis, the Trimmer position might be a good fit for you.

Requirements
A genuine passion for cannabis
A positive attitude
Demonstrated experience working well within a team environment
Reliable transportation
Prior experience trimming cannabis
Experience in a fast-paced professional environment
Quick learner with the ability to consistently follow detailed instructions
Ability to be flexible and work in various areas of the company as needed an/or requested by their direct supervisor; this may include but is not limited to, helping grow staff with harvests, small tasks, cleaning and/or moving supplies and equipment and/or helping the packaging department or working elsewhere as needed.
Must work well with others and be able to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure and technique.
Help create a proactive and positive environment; a positive attitude and self-motivation to help produce High quality manicured product, while meeting and/or exceeding personal and/or company goals.
Be able to work with, help, guide, challenge and motivate other trim team members in order to create a cohesive unit.
Ability to research, evaluate and adapt to new methods, in order to meet or exceed goals, and or modify their technique/procedures based on all applicable laws.
Employee must be able to identify various problems with any strain/product, be able to communicate with direct supervisors as necessary.
Time management; employee must manage their time during work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality product.
Employee must be able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from their managers so they can help maintain quality standards and production goal
