As a clone nursery attendant, you will assist the Clone team lead in all tasks related to planting, nurturing, and maintaining healthy cannabis clones. The tasks involved will require physical labor and can be repetitive in nature; however, it will be very rewarding to see the fruits of your labor! From time-to-time, you may be asked to support the cultivation team as well, so there is a huge opportunity to learn the beginnings of growing top shelf cannabis!

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for cannabis

  • A positive attitude

  • Demonstrated experience working well within a team      environment

  • Reliable transportation

  • Prior cloning experience

  • Experience in a fast-paced professional environment

  • Quick learner with the ability to consistently follow      detailed instructions

  • Ability to be flexible and work in various areas of the      company as needed an/or requested by their direct supervisor; this may      include but is not limited to, helping grow staff with harvests, small      tasks, cleaning and/or moving supplies and equipment and/or helping the      packaging department or working elsewhere as needed.

  • Must work well with others and be able to adapt quickly      to changes in policy, procedure and technique.

  • Help create a proactive and positive environment; a      positive attitude and self-motivation to help produce High quality      manicured product, while meeting and/or exceeding personal and/or company      goals.

  • Be able to work with, help, guide, challenge and      motivate other trim team members in order to create a cohesive unit.

  • Ability to research, evaluate and adapt to new methods,      in order to meet or exceed goals, and or modify their technique/procedures      based on all applicable laws.

  • Employee must be able to identify various problems with      any strain/product, be able to communicate with direct supervisors as      necessary.

  • Time management; employee must manage their time during      work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing      quality product.

  • Employee must be able to follow basic instructions as      well as be able to take constructive criticism from their managers so they      can help maintain quality standards and production goal
