Requirements
Must have reliable transportation and must be able to meet schedule requirements
Greet and interact with patients to provide a phenomenal cannabis consultation experience
Gather patient information such as OMMA license, name, phone number, and email Collaborate with dispensary manager to ensure all sales goals of the dispensary are being met on a regular basis.
Partner with Dispensary manager to assess current sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for increasing revenue and achieving sales goals
Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions and ensure the highest standards for quality
Perform regular audits of inventory and systems to ensure accurate accounting of products and reduce costs wherever possible
Build strong customer relationships
Maintain a positive work environment with a culture of accountability and growth
Other duties as assigned
